BOOKINGS
Booking are made and a contract between you and us comes into effect when we accept a reservation from you. We will accept a reservation when we have confirmed your reservation details.
You must be able to entre into a legally binding contract and be over 18 years old to make a booking.
Bookings must be paid for using an acceptable and valid credit or debit card.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival the management reserve the right to charge the equivalent of the cost of one night’s accommodation.
If you need to cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time no payment will be taken.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in times are from 2pm onwards, for late arrivals please advise in advance. The check-out time is 10am on the mornng of departure.
DATA PROTECTION
We may process the information you provide to us for the purposes notified by us to the information commissioner. By making a booking you consent to this processing of information.
PRICES
All published rates include VAT where applicable at the current rate. Rates are per room per night. If you have selected supplements they will be added to the total price of the booking. Rates do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay ( unless otherwise stated) Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should you change numbers of guests, room, dates or nights, then the rates are subject to change.
SMOKING POLICY
All bedrooms and public areas are strictly non smoking. Any breaches of this condition will result in a £50 surcharge for additional room cleaning.
PETS
We have a number of rooms available for well behaved dogs and their owners. Please check in advance. There is an additional charge of £10 per dog.
GENERAL DAMAGE
We ask that all bedrooms are treated respectfully, failure to meet with this request will result in additional charges being levied. Any charges incurred will be taken directly from the card details issued to the hotel and a receipt will be forwarded.
