While our meeting spaces come as a “blank canvas”, our team is more than happy to help you plan and execute your event, including consulting on decoration or planning meals. Just let us know.
The Old Bottle Store, part of the original brewery buildings and an annexe to The White Bear, has been converted into a conference and meeting facility with rooms of varying sizes. Masham is a few minutes from the A1, within easy reach of Leeds, York and Teesside.
The Boardroom
Our Boardroom provides a unique location that fits all your meeting needs, with all the necessary equipment and furnishings. We can also offer a variety of food and refreshment packages to make everything as simple as possible.

The Lightfoot Room
Need something a little bigger? Our Lightfoot Room provides the perfect space to host a meeting in a stunning setting, equipped with all the necessary technology and comfortable furniture. A full variety of food and refreshment packages is available.
